There is nothing quite like a quiet afternoon in the woods, especially when it involves meeting a brand-new baby boy. This recent Spartanburg, SC photoshoot was extra special because I got to head out to my friend’s house in to meet her first baby, Kenzo. We had the most incredible weather—the kind of crisp air that makes a fall family photography session feel so cozy. The sun was peeking through the tall trees just right, giving us that perfect, glowy lighting that every Spartanburg family photographer dreams of.
Watching my friend and her husband with little Kenzo was just the sweetest thing. You can tell they are already naturals at the whole "new parent" thing, and the way they were just soaking him in made my job easy. Being a Spartanburg newborn photographer is always fun, but it’s even better when the session feels as relaxed and happy as this one did in their own backyard.
