Ruby is One

Ruby is one.

There’s something truly magical about a first birthday, and I recently had the absolute joy of celebrating sweet Ruby's milestone with her wonderful parents at Hatcher Garden in Spartanburg, SC. It feels like just yesterday I was capturing her newborn moments, and now look at her—a year old and already exploring the world on her own two feet!

Ruby is quickly becoming quite the little adventurer, and it was so much fun watching her practice her newfound walking skills amongst the garden's pretty blooms. She’s definitely a daddy’s girl, and the pure adoration between them was so heartwarming to witness and photograph. And true to form for many one-year-olds, shoes were merely an accessory she tolerated for brief moments before kicking them off! We embraced her barefoot joy, letting her feel the grass beneath her tiny toes as she toddled around. Every giggle, every wobbly step, and every snuggle with mom and dad was a precious memory captured. Happy first birthday, Ruby!
